How we work
Every project starts with a short diagnosis. We move phase by phase — never committing to the next step before the previous one is validated.
Diagnosis
We watch your team run the current process and pinpoint exactly where the friction is. At the end we deliver a clear map: what can be automated and how much time it saves.
Pilot
We build the first automation in production — connected to your real data and your real workflow. One input, one output, one process solved.
Project
We expand to multiple processes, add integrations, and — if needed — build an interface your team can use directly.
Handoff
We train the team, document everything, and transfer control. The system is yours — you can operate it, change it, and hand it to another engineer if needed.
Maintenance
We stay available to monitor, adjust as your process evolves, and make sure everything keeps working when conditions change.
Frequently asked questions
Where is the project hosted?
On the client's cloud infrastructure — or ours, if preferred. Either way, the code and data are yours.
Will we be dependent on you after the project?
No. We deliver documented code and train your team. If you ever want to switch providers, you can.
Do you work with the tools we already use?
Yes. We integrate with what's already there — ERP, CRM, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, email, and virtually any system with an API.
Is our data safe during the process?
Yes. We process data in the European Union and don't use your documents to train models. We can sign an NDA before any conversation.
Do we need an internal technical team?
No. We handle all the technical work — infrastructure, integrations, updates. Your team uses the tool and gives feedback.
How long until a pilot is in production?
It depends on process complexity and the number of integrations needed. We assess that during the diagnosis.
What happens if the process changes after launch?
That's part of maintenance. We adjust the solution as your process evolves.
Ready to eliminate manual work?
We start with a short diagnosis — one week to figure out exactly what can be automated and what it's worth.
